Our Web Design Process
Here is how your project will unfold, that way you understand and know what to expect from T T T Consultants.

 | 1. You come up with an awesome idea for a website, or you realize that your business is loosing business by not having a website. |
 | 2. You search online for local or national web designers. Also take this time to compare prices, portfolio, and services. Learn as much as you can to determine what you need and what you want. Also use this time to determine if what you trying to accomplish is feasible. |
 | 3. You call T T T Consultants to create your website, logo, or other marketing project. |
 | 3a. You commit to T T T Consultants, and your project starts! |
 | 4. We will send you an invoice and web design contract. Once you receive this please review and sign the last page and send back via email or snail mail. We require the industry standard of 50% up front along with the contract to start your project. The contract simply states our fees, the timeline of the site, and what is expected of each party. |
 | 5. Our Designer will contact you for a phone meeting to go over the design brief with you. This is a battery of questions that we ask to help determine what you are looking for in a website, as well as what other features you need. |
 | 6. At the end of the phone meeting the designer will give you a list of items that we need to create the website, (files, images, videos, colors, ect.) |
 | 7. We start to create the first mock up and design. |
 | 8. Once the Mock up is ready we send it to you to review and determine what revisions need to be made. |
 | 9. After you review the mock up we make the changes and then send it back to you for final sign off. After this is complete we upload everything to the website and prepare it to launch. |
 | 10. THE WEBSITE IS LAUNCHED! Once the site is launched, be sure to tell everyone you know. Put the website address on everything you have, letterhead, business cards, email signature, ect. |
 | 11. YOUR PROJECT IS COMPLETE. |
 | 12. After the website is launched, we will provide you with quarterly performance reports. (Must be enrolled in our SEO program for this feature). |
